I have stayed here for 29yrs now and it keeps improving. There was a time when things were going downhill but have greatly improved.
I would say for what I've seen in Mexico it's above average It's great for a family or sharing with another couple. Over the years we have had as many as 10 people at one time. With 1200 sq.ft you don't feel cramped.
The 40' balcony has a great view of Acapulco. Your a few short blocks from beach and a couple from main street, very convenient
