This City Express is 5 miles north of the Saltillo/Monterrey cuota and the Periferico turn-off to N.Laredo. (Take road marked "Monterrey Libre") This hotel is convenient. Secure parking is nice and I noticed the guard there all the time. Continental breakfast next door is complimentary, but never tried it. they are definitely thieves. i traveled with alone with 3 yr old grandchild. the 2 security guards are brothers!! first it was scarey because they never would gv me a key to my room kept saying they would get it something was wrong with it. i left and they would just open it for me, they would not change my...
