The rooms are a real oasis away from the pace of the city. The beds are extremely comfortable, and then linens were extremely soft and high quality. The bathrooms have ample space + excellent amenities. I was traveling here for a conference and the facilities were very good, restaurants were excellent and the desk space in my room was large... We stayed here end of may 2013 and were pleasantly surprised at our overall experience. All the staff were extremely nice and all spoke English. Our favorite was Ceasar who was a bellman and was so cute and super friendly. He made us feel like we were at home. Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect temperature. Loved the bath... We have stayed at this property several times. First the good: the main restaurant is excellent, with a superb Sunday brunch and tasty dinner fare. Great service, and always with a smile. Rooms have always been good, although once we had to get switched to a different room due to a horrid smell. The downside is that, the rooms have... More

I stay here a few times a year. Overall it's a good choice. Clean, comfortable rooms and lobby; adequate restaurant, pool, gym, exec lounge. Fairly convenient location. One wonders if they are struggling to implement a new computer system, because every interaction with the front desk seems to take a long time and require multiple staff to sort out. And... More

The Marriott Tijuana is really a mixed bag, but mostly it rides the line of average. We arrived at roughly 3:00pm on a Friday and waited almost 35 minutes to check in. There were only about 3 groups in line, but the front-desk was painfully slow and refused to call additional help. it was painful. My wife went to the... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights after a surgery procedure and it was such a clean hotel with such fantastic on the ball service!! The room was spotless, the details were always taken care of and the staff was so friendly and willing to please or go out of their way to make sure everything was excellent. Highly... More

I've stayed here many times over the past few years, all on business. I was fortunate enough on this trip to enjoy my Gold Elite status and have access to the lounge on 10th floor. The breakfast was good, fruit, toast and usually a hot dish or two, filling. Evening snacks were enough for dinner, Sushi, salad, mini pizza,, I... More

I recently stayed at the Marriott Tijuana for 8 days or so between April 1, 2013 through April 8, 2013 while having bariatric surgery in Tijuana. From this perspective, that is a Medical Tourism hotel stay (not leisure), my hotel stay was alright...nothing special, nothing great but adequate. Without repeating everything others have said, I'll just touch upon a few... More

First of all let me say, if you are expecting the same standards you are used to in the States, you will be disapointed....Stayed a week, so one would think if you were staying so long they would give you a really nice room....wrong! We were given a room on the second floor facing the busy and noisy street right... More

Very impress by the profesionalism of Mr Ricardo Luna Concierge, we came to colect our USA visa and expend couple of days at the hotel and therefore took advantage to visit tourism points and restaurants, Ricardo was very efficient in recommend great locations, as we did only have one day to do so, breakfast needs to improve, coffee is not...
