the hotel was okay, needs a little of maintaince work, needs more tv channels and a newer tv's more towels on bathrooms and bigger boilers to keep hot water working all the time, key entry needs to be more secure.

A basic room will start in the 70's and that is in the old wing. For a nice Gaviota suite (their lrger rooms) you're talking 100 which is a decent amount in these parts. When going to baja (besides Cabo), don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. This hotel has a beautiful ocean view from every room with a "infinity" edge pool with a beautiful ocean view and is less than a mile from world famous surf break K38. I loved the pool. The room was clean. The spa gave me a great facial. However, I was flipping through the TV stations at night and flipped right into hard core porn, yuk. I won't go back and this is what I remember most.

Las Rocas at one time may have been a quaint , Baja getaway for travelers but I would highly recommend choosing El Coral , Las Rosas or almost anywhere else at this point for the same price .
