I had the privilege of staying with Julie and Mike two times this year - And I know I will be back in the future! I only had time to stay three nights (one at the beginning of my trip, and two at the end), but they were the best three nights I have spent in Loreto. I have previously... More

I loved the five days I spent here. Owners Julie and Mike make you feel at home. It was quiet and comfortable-great shower. The town is friendly, safe and very walkable. The mexican coffee provided in the rooms was dark and rich and I loved sitting outside sipping my morning coffee and writing. It was a great place to unwind... More

If you are going to Loreto we highly reccomend you stay with Julie and Mike , oh also Zoe. We spent 11 nights there in two different units both were great. They arranged for Oscar (a cab driver) to take us on two wonderful trips. The Inn is located near the plaza , near Orlando's and El Taco Del Rey... More

Owners are welcoming and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a more friendly, responsible and supportive place. The owners went the extra mile to help out. I'd recommend to anyone wanting a smaller, personal experience with local advice. The message and exfoliation are wonderful. One of the biggest benefits of Loreto. More

We stayed two nights at the Iguana Inn and one night at a much more expensive, posh hotel. For the price, this was by far the better deal. The rooms are spacious and exceedingly clean, with coffee makers and coffee, mini-fridges, microwaves, TV's, and DVD players (available). There is bottled water available at no charge just outside the rooms. The... More

This was the perfect place for us to stay in a town that is relaxed, laid-back and full of good humor. The location is ideal, as it is within walking distance to everything. Additionally, La Iguana inn was ideally suited to our tastes for a genuine local experience. Mike and Julie are gracious hosts with good advice for eating, shopping,... More

We stayed at the Iguana Inn for one night before a kayaking trip and for 2 nights after the trip. It was perfect! Julie, Mike and Zoe couldn't have been better hosts and made us feel right at home. We stayed in Bungalow #1 which had a double and single bed, small kitchenette will coffee maker, filters, free coffee/tea, microwave,... More

We originally planned to stay in Loreto for 3 nights, this increased to 5 which ended up being 9! Mike and Julie with their beautiful dog Zoe at Iguana Inn had a lot to do with that decision. Firstly the accommodation was very clean (thanks to Lourdes the friendly cleaner), and spacious with all necessary amenities. Towels and sheets are... More

My husband and I had only two nights to stay in Loreto. The Iguana Inn was recommended by friends who visited Loreto last year. We felt completely at home at this quiet, immaculate little spot, with all the amenities we needed. The owners, Mike and Julie, answered our many questions: where to eat, where to find a quiet beach, which... More
