I highly recommend the Coyote Village hostel/bb in Loreto Bay. Farm to Table, Roof top farm, fresh eggs, free booze- but sooooo nice and small and luxurious. Dude is 66 year old traveler and now Baja hostel owner, hilarious with stories and high vibes. Senor Mike is worth the stop by himself. But there are so many more reasons to... More

Two race cars, two trucks, two trailers and 9 tired, dirty and hungry men invaded this unique little B&B on one of our stops while racing the Mexican Norra 1000 Baja Race. Not your normal clientele that anyone in their right mind would normally cater to - but Mike and Gustavo (sp) did just that very thing. Coyote Village went... More

I have been a guest at Coyote Village B&B and Hostel at least six times. I must admit that I am ashamed for not writing a review before on this unique place. Without a doubt, it is the best place in all Baja. The rooms are super clean and the price includes all taxes (14%), a huge delicious breakfast, free... More

I stayed with Mike and Gus for two nights prior to going on expedition and they were some of the best nights I've spent in a hostel. First of all, Mike and Gus are extremely nice, accommodating, helpful and have some great stories. The hostel itself is beautiful, designed and built by Gus, it is a colorful, quaint building with... A great find! More of a little complex of outbuildings than a traditional hostel or hotel, this spot is owned by a friendly pair of guys who do their utmost best to make sure you love your stay - delicious breakfast delivered promptly to your door each morning, free beers offered at every turn, personal maps offered for long day... We spent about a week here, and from the moment we arrived it felt like home. Mike and Gus treated us like royalty providing us with an amazing bungalow, bikes to commute into town and a constantly stocked fridge with an hour free drinks each night. Plus, the pool was free for use whenever, as was the sauna and the... More

i stayed here for one night before a NOLS course and then for two nights following. You get so much for your money if you stay here. Every room has comfortable beds, kitchen, balcony, clean water, bikes... The hostel is not really central, but it's not a far walk to downtown. I think this hostel is best for long term... More

Stayed two nights in the treehouse. Mike and Gus welcomed me and stocked the fridge with some refreshments. I just loved the atmosphere! The use of a bike was available and it made scouting out Loreto much easier. The breakfast which was included was the best ever and all in all the value was terrific. Will be back next year!

Realy well kept place with really nice owners who make you feel at home. It's close to lots of good places to eat and you can ride around town on the bikes provided. I hope to stay there again one day.

Feels like home. These guys make life easy and more enjoyable. Plus they looked after our well being even after we had left and continued our traveling. The rooms are clean, the staff beyond friendly and the included breakfast is worth the entire price of the room. Additionally, Loreto is a hidden gem. If you like diving...you must visit Loreto.
