Stayed in this resort last year. Staff extremely friendly. Infinite pool beautiful and rooms very clean. Great value for money looking forward to returning. Well done Pakasai.
My partner and I had been scrambling for a hotel in Aonang, Krabi, which could accommodate our guest list (many resorts are tiny in Krabi) and many requirements for our wedding. Pakasai came highly recommended. Our entire group got a free upgrade to the Deluxe and Adora rooms, which were large and set in the middle of a rainforest. The...

The hotel is ok for its price. The rooms were spacious but not very clean. The pool is nice but the hotel does not have a Beach and one cannot swim in the beaches nearby. The location is convenient and very close to shopping and restaurants.
Overall ok will suggest to friend if interested Not a bad choice but can be better service n cleaniness of room Internet wasn't free but it should be Breakfast items should be covered as flies around on top of bread every morning.
Take me back!!! I loved Ao Nang, such a great atmosphere, cheap dining, drinks and shopping and beautiful locals.
The Pakasai was a great place to stay, our room was refurbed with the modern comforts. In a good location, walking distance from the main hub but far enough out that it was peaceful! Pool area and bar were nice. Staff...

i stayed at Pakasai for New Year holiday. The resort was full house but still give very realax atmosphere. The staff are so friendly, helpful and feel like home. There are not many Thai guest. During the Gala dinner we had blend in with full entertainment and great food till countdown. Its interesting that the staff are so multi task...

Pakasai was very very disappointing, especially for the money. The design of our Superior Room looked old and cheap. There was a continuous sewage smell coming from the bathroom (same in the room of our friends). Rooms near the front desk are noisy (because of the road), rooms in the middle face the concrete structure of the elevated pool, rooms...

I stayed here with some friends over the New Year period and can't fault the resort. The staff were friendly, rooms were great, pool (and pool bar) were excellent. Sometimes language can be difficult (e.g. when asking what's in a cocktail as it wasn't listed on the menu), but that's typical of more remote areas.
I agree with the suggestion...

You are warned. Stay away! This pretty much sums it up, Ao Nang= Thailand for beginners. The whole area has a sewage problem, Pakasai got a big sewage problem.
Pakasai hotel = for beginner personnel and who does not speak english, they pretend to. I tried my best not to deal with them.
Overpriced tourist junk was the only things...

I chose this hotel for a recent couples trip down to Ao Nang to explore the Andaman coastline. Overall the hotel grounds are pretty and maintained with a nice garden near the breakfast area--some of the rooms up the hill are tucked into the jungle. The location is ok but it is up on a street not close to the...
