We enjoyed our stay at the Haterau de Champlng, the room was very modern and the service was great, but the food was really worth the detoout. 5 courses meal excellent service, wines to compliment the food. perfect....... More

My partner and I travel far twice a year just for this hotel's magnificent meal, better than any we have ever had in Paris. Every dish is a sensual and aesthetic experience. I did not stay at this hotel, rather enjoyed a lingering 5 course French meal. I have to say this is one of the best meals I have ever experienced. Should be considered for a Michelin star. If you have the flexibility to travel to a quaint location for a meal, I would recommend Chateau de Champlong and chef Olivier. More
