Reasonable rates and full buffet breakfast are two of the major positives of this hotel. It does have a truly impressive entrance, lobby and reception area which has been recently remodled but that's about where it all ends and everything else seems to be in the process of being chaged.... I hope.

We did not have reservations here and the front desk was more than accommodating when we showed up. We felt the price was right and the rooms were very nice. I personally thought the location was perfect since it was between the city and the airport. A great pool and a fantastic breakfast buffet!

Not exactly a luxury hotel. Rooms are dated, yet comfortable. The service is outstanding, everybody has a smile in the face and deliver what you need. Lots of labyrinths to get to your room, try to get a room close to the reception. Location isn't good. Is in the middle of nowhere, between the airport and the city.

This was a VERY nice hotel--especially because of the price. I highly recommend it! The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful, and the view of San Jose was breathtaking.
I was shocked when I went downstairs for the free breakfast. They had everything you could ever imagine for breakfast (juices, fruit, cereal, pastries, muffins, omelets, waffles) and more!

I booked through AA.com and got a suite on the second floor overlooking the pool and it as gorgeous I have stayed there before and always find it nice, but I lucked out with the room this time.
