We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were lovely and food amazing. However, there were a few stains on the bed spead and pillow and a few marks on the wall. It would of been good if fresh milk was left by your door or plastic pot milks were left and a varied tea bags were provided. Would stay... More

Called into The Cambrian Hotel on the off chance we could get something nice to eat. As a family of six of three generations not one of our group was dissapointed! Each one of us had a different main course of a very good standard.1/ scampi 2/beef pie 3/pork rib 4/sausage & mash 5/hake 6/kids sausage. The presentation of each... More

We stayed in the B&B at the Cambrian. Wow! i normally don't sleep too well, but the bed was sooooo comfortable. Dinner was automatically booked for us, which was just as well as they were fully booked for both evenings and we would have REALLY missed out. The food was excellent and really good value too. All of the staff... More

Despite listening to a pair of know alls opposite who made it their business to tell the waiter there's no apostrophe in peas, it was a nice night. A lot of money has been spent on doing up the dining room and very nice it is too... but I think a few bob should have been saved to spruce up... More

Visited the Cambrian Inn whilst on business for lunch. Staff were friendly and the food was very nice, with reasonable prices. My only issue was the meal that I ordered was missing a key ingredient, and it was only when my plate was delivered that I was told that "they had run out". I should have been advised of this... Booked in for dinner at 6.45. We had a distance to travel and arrived a little early.we were surprised to be told that we could have a drink but we wouldn't be given the menus till 6.45.??? Never has that happened before. I was obviously expecting more than pub grub, but the majority of the meals were fish n chips... More

We have always seen this as a traditional pub in the idyllic coastal village, until we were encouraged to ‘try it’ by Margo Evans [Lochmeyler Farm Guest House] in April. At that time, our host was extremely apologetic for a number of minor short comings which to be honest did not detract on our enjoyable experience. The menu did appear... More

The tiny village of Solva is a real gem of a place.A winding street of characterful houses in a beautiful wooded valley setting, some interesting shops and galleries and a pretty harbour made for a lovely stay. The Cambrian Inn is minutes from the harbour with parking directly outside and is a restaurant with rooms rather than a pub.Chic and stylish...
