Absolutely amazing! You must stay here to experience the “island” life. Everyone at Palm Bay is extremely nice, laid back and very helpful. If you want to explore the island, they will guide you as to where to go on which night/days the events are happening. Our villa was Oceanside……as in within 20 yards from the ocean. It was highly... This location is charming and so is the staff. It's the best place to stay in Exuma. The staff is both attentive and laid back. Location is first rate. It has all the important amenities, including good food. Will be back. More

Why BEWARE.....Because you will be overcome by the extreme beauty of the place. Not only is the location great, but the accommodations are exceptionally good. You only need yourselves and food, unless you want to use their good restaurant with very friendly straff. Fish-Fry...a short distance down the road to town, has excellent and reasonable local food.Try Tinno's for the... More

Palm Bay We stayed 3 nights at the cottage on the beach and loved it. The unit itself is modest and somewhat Spartan in style but the beach, the gorgeous water and the kindest and warmest people of Exuma and Palm Bay will win you forever. Loved to sleep with window open and listening to the waves on the beach.... More

If you are coming to Exuma for lots of nightlife you will be disappointed. But if you want a clean resort, friendly service and a great location at a reasonable price, Palm Bay is a super choice. The owners are very accommodating and will do most anything to help you to enjoy your stay. Right around the corner from the... More

The first thing you have to realize is that you are on an out island of the Bahamas. Once you understand that, and the culture and pace of Exuma, you will enjoy staying at Palm Bay Beach Club. We were here for the night before and night after we went on a five day kayak adventure. Beverly and the crew... More

We stayed in unit 27 for two weeks in Dec/Jan. A one bedroom (king), 1 & 1/2 bath with kitchen, breakfast and living (one large room), ground floor "cottage" right on the sandy beach. The beach is immediately in front of the front porch, but there's a hedge in between, so you'll need to walk about 50 feet to get... More

Not pleased with the treatment. They are understaffed and overworked. No "Bahamian charm" here. Zilch. God forbid you should run into the surly owners. Don't ask and hopefully they won't tell. My "villa" was nice enough but the resort itself is very dull. I like a "get away from it all" kind of place but this is not quite it.... More

I had the displeasure of staying at Hideaways at Palm Bay. This place is not up to par. The staff is rude, the food is average but very over priced, and the beach is a joke. Seriously, look at the pictures, it's pathetic, and dirty. My kids hated it more than I did. It's just a boring blah place with... More

My mom was suppose to make the trip but she gave it to my bestfriend and I and we totally enjoyed the experience! It was my second time at the hotel and the room we stayed in was like a mini apartment! the only negative i have is that the guests next door had a little son who kept running... More
