Worst trip ever. The service is terrible on the resort and they charge a 15% gratuity on every single item. Even renting a fridge for your room. I was really impressed with the facilities and the overall service at the Atlantis Hotel. A great selection of restaurants, beautiful beaches, a wonderful spa and an awesome service is definitely a top notch destination. Great for families or for business conventions, a very versatile setup. I would recommend it to anyone.
