First time to the St. Thomas. Hotel recommended by a colleague who stayed here years ago. Not what I expected from a resort. Poor quality "hotel food" and outdated rooms. Don't let the Wyndham name fool you. Beautiful pool and a good value, but don't do the all inclusive. More

We stayed at Sugar Bay Resort in January 2012. The resort and rooms look a bit dated and are quite frankly going downhill. With few exceptions, the staff is extremely slow and unattentive, and I would add rude and argumentative. I've been to other resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico, and this was by far the worst.
