Many business travelers visiting the U.S. Virgin Islands quickly select brand hotels with which they are familiar. This hotel was excellent. It had a beautiful view, excellent amenities, and the service from the staff, especially Manuela Wallace, was priceless. The staff at Windward Passage are the BEST. When we arrived Sophie welcomed us.. we requested a front view of hotel...our room was great...we watched the cruiseliners arrive each morning....the resort has a great pool, bar, and restraunt...into town...Bumpa's and Glady's cafe for breakfast...head to Frenchtown for dinner...Hook, Line and Sinker, Hole Pie great for dinner, in town The Green... more

Stayed there a few times while Visiting. The customer service experience was great. I was helped and greeted at the reservations desk by two employees by the name of Jolena & Manuela, Who assisted me with a speedy check in. Rooms were well kept and front desk help was very helpful in supplying me info to get around the island... more

My one week stay at the Windward Passage Hotel was excellent. The level of service given from reservation agent Manquela Wallace was outstanding. I will add that this hotel is considered in my opinion a five star hotel. more
