The rooms are in pretty good shape, the maid service is very good not to forget the security - there are surveilance cameras, security during the night and a guard at the gate from the main road. Very nice spot, Quiet and secluded with a small beach with some snorkeling. We stayed here for one night prior to moving over to another property for the rest of the week. I love it! Frequent business traveller to St. Croix, and this is my #1 choice in hotels.
