Our flights were delayed and the office was closed when we arrived. However, the manager arrived within 10mins of us calling and was very hospitable. The appartments are very nicely laid out and clean. The garden surrounding the pool is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Management was slow to respond and it some cases outright rude. It was hard to get the basics, like a room key. The accomodations were shabby and outdated. The mattresses were hard and sheets stiff.
