We love this hotel and Grace Bay is stunning. The service here is second to none. The staff know your name after the first day and are attentive and friendly. I believe the hotel is also a condo setup, meaning that people own rooms and the hotel rents them out when they aren't there and the revenue is split. The suites are beautiful and huge.
