Service: very helpful. They arrange airport transfers, snorkeling, dinner reservations, spa appointments, car rentals, etc. Rooms: rooms are huge rooms with fabulous porches. Stayed in upper level cottages which felt very secluded and romantic. Location: easy to walk to resturants. Less populated area of beach, which we enjoyed. Best: spa was very nice. Definitely worth the expense. More

We recently stayed at Point Grace for six nights and had a wonderful time. I agree with all the positive comments that have been posted previously. The resort is very quiet, which was much to our liking. We stayed in a cottage suite/pool level and thought it was charming, with lots of room for two people and nice appointments. The... More

From the moment we arrived, the staff was not only accommodating, but gracious, making sure to meet our every need with a smile. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, landscaped beautifully. Our cottage was very well appointed and had a lovely view of the pool area. The location of the hotel is superb...in walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants.... More

Our family including our three kids (22, 18, and 18) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our 2 bedroom suite had an amazing beach view and was quite spacious (beware - a cot will not fit in the 2nd bedroom and the pullout sofa in the living room is fine if bright sun doesn't bother you). We had been concerned that the... More

DO NOT STAY HERE! The management of Point Grace is terrible. We stayed for 4 days over New Years, and they tried to say that we had booked for an extra 2 days beyond our trip. We told them as soon as we checked in about their error, and they assured us they would change it. However, after we left... More

It is unfortunate that the guest feels this way and if we were wrong in the way this situation was handled, I do offer our sincere apologies to the guests. That said, the reservation was made via telephone and the dates given were arrival on12/28, departing on 1/03; the rate quoted was the listed rate for the suite and the... More

The facility is very nice and intimate and the beach is fantastic - very quiet, large and deep so there is excellent privacy on the beach. Definitely more of an adult crowd which is good. The only negative is that we did not find the staff nearly as warm and charming as at other places we have stayed over the... More

Point Grace came highly recommended by a close friend who honeymooned there several years ago. I'll concede: the resort is gorgeous. And had we not been robbed of thousands of dollars worth of our valuables AND if the staff seemed to understand how that ruined our trip and treated us as anything other than an inconvenience, I would recommend it.... We stayed at Point Grace for 2 nights following a cruise. We had last been in Providenciales 17 years ago and decided to get advance permission to disembark our cruise in Grand Turk, the last stop before the return to FLL. We flew Air Turks & Caicos which was fine and rented a car at Hertz. They have added all... More

We stayed at Point Grace December 7 - 11 and upon check-in were upgraded to a ground level, oceanfront suite. On our third night, while we were sleeping in the bedroom with the door closed, somebody broke into our living room and stole all of the electronics (iPads, iPhones, blackberries, cameras . . .) in the various outlets in the...
