We stayed here at the end of our holiday in Tobago. Having self catered in wooden hut type accommodation, this b&b offers a completely different experience. Bea and Win, the owners who also live here, have lovingly furnished the rooms, which are immaculate, private and spacious. They are humble, interesting people, and fantastic hosts- the breakfasts are delicious, and you... More

Bea and Win are fantastic hosts and Gloucester Place is a wonderful location from which to experience the island of Tobago. I would recommend having a car here to explore properly, especially further up the coast. I've not really stayed in guest houses before and whilst I'm not sure that I should expect an experience equal to that created by... More

Great location in Parlatuvier - the guesthouse is located on a hill overlooking the village. The room was very comfortable and we also enjoyed relaxing on the veranda and watching the birds in the garden. It is off the normal tourist trail and feels like you are in the "real" Tobago. The owners are very friendly - they gave us... More

This place has a lovely view down the cliffs to the ocean and an open floor plan for the common areas where people hang out family-style. It is run by an American couple, so if you like the feeling of being at home (for US travelers) in a foreign place, this is for you. The room with 2 single beds... More

If you want to escape from the touristiy area but still want all the comfort you get from a nice hotel, this would be a pearl for you. We recommend to rent a car and when you are at Gloucester Place it is close to several nice beaches and to the rainforest. Our room was very comfortable and we got... More

My wife and I were looking for a quick long-weekend getaway from Fort Lauderdale and opted for a trip to Trinidad and Tobago. I had done extensive research on hotels and resorts to stay in Tobago and really didn’t read anything that made me feel really good about any particular place until I came across reviews for Gloucester Place. We... More

The island of Tobago is a most wonderful getaway with Parlatuvier Bay being one of our favorite bays on the island. The vacation gods must have overseen our choice of accommodations as we fell into the perfect location with a breathtaking view and amazingly hospitable hosts. Bea & Winn not only offered a home cooked dinner on our first night... More

My wife, 21 month old daughter and I stayed in Essex Cottage for two weeks during our honeymoon in April and in a nutshell, we had the best possible time! Essex Cottage is fantastic; it’s located in Parlatuvier which is a beautiful fishing village on the north-east part of the island. We travelled around the island for two weeks and... More
