I stayed in the Halyconia with a friend during Carnival 2012. The biggest pluses were that it was clean and well-kept, in walking distance to the Savannah was securely gated away and the reliable free wireless internet. I traveled there on vacation and also to watch my team members from Barbados, the room was air conditioned, had my own private bathrrom and toilet, tv with cable, hot water a fridge a stove it had everything even flowers on the dressin room table, i stayed in room #8 and i was very thankful, it was also very cheap...
