As the owner of Unit 5 in Aqua Bay, I can honestly say that when we purchased our unit, it came with a lot of research. The ground floor units are always better to get as they are walk out units. Totally worth the money, especially for the disabled or families with young children. (makes the pee-pee runs alot easier!)... more

Aqua Bay was everything we were hoping for and more. All Condo's are oceanfront. Our condo #5 was beach level with the pool directly outside our door. The Condo was so tastefully decorated and stocked with whatever you would need. The Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Deena. Aqua Bay Club is on the north end of 7 mile beach. It's a smaller property with only about 25 condos. We stayed in condos 2, 3 and 4 as we had a large group of family.
