I have traveled extensively for business and pleasure and Biras Creek was unworthy of the money (about $2000 a night) and time spent (5 nights) on this trip. The customer/front desk service provided was by the general assistants (college kids who were inexperienced) and was lack luster at best (where were the adults?).
