Good housekeeping. Torn drapes, permanently open screenless bathroom window, refrigerator compressor made a terrible noise, wake up call didn't come through but the many roosters will wake you at 6:15 anyways. Hotel location was quiet, room was clean, there aren't a lot of stairs as one reviewer suggested, breakfast was a little pricey but then again the whole VI's are expensive, nice short safe walk along a main road to main part of downtown, supper was awesome and reasonably priced at the restaurant, would definitely stay here again.
