Prompt friendly service, great value for the money and an excellent base for visiting the many attraction that Soufrière has to offer. Tidy enough hotel in town centre but expensive for what you get in a shabby area. Promised internet didn't work nor did shower and management did not seem to care. The Downtown Hotel staff were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is located in downtown Soufriere, with great views of the water.
