This is a great location and resort. The majority of the staff are excellent. The only service issues were occasional for breakfast or lunch but the majority of the time everyone was great and only wanted to help. They say this is your vacation so it's whatever you want. The resort was beautiful with lush grounds and a large swimming pool complete with a rock waterfall. For those that like to stay active, there are a ton of daily activities such as beach volleyball, pool volleyball, and raft races just to name a few.
