Villa Byzance was awesome. It is located in one of the best, and quietest locations on the island. There are water views from everywhere, and there is a nice deck perched on one of the highest points to view the sunset, as well as islands of Saba, St Eustatius, and St. Kitts. You are a 5 minute drive from Flamands Beach [my favorite, as it is great for body surfing]. I could imagine what an ancient Roman in Herculaneum must have felt like! This is a great villa for two couples, as there is plenty of privacy. The only small shortcoming was that there was no shower stall in bedroom #2. They had a nice tub area with a shower head on a hose. There was also an outdoor shower on that side of the villa, but it was only cold water. The couple staying in that room did not mind that much, and used our shower once or twice. It was not a big deal for them. I would certainly go back in a heartbeat!
