great place, one of the few affordable places in St. Barts, lovely views, friendly staff, great terrace overlooking the ocean, nice and complete kitchenette (so as to prepare your breakfast and eat something purchased at the local supermarket), very clean and intimate (not more than 15 rooms very separated from each other).
