Just off the main drag, so it's a little quieter. Except for the roosters next door. Pretty clean. Beautiful pool that we never used (we prefered the ocean). Little kitchenette with helpful items. There's a bakery just around the corner (north one block). Easy walk in to town. Private. Good value.

Had an unexpected quick trip-talked about on a Friday- booked it and was on the island on Monday-had my sister and best friend join me.we rendezvoused at airport in San Juan and came over together to the island.John andMarilyn are the best! We visited Vieques during Valentine's day weekend for a friends wedding and stayed at Casa de Tortgua. This is a awesome place to stay while visiting Vieques, its very clean (I'm a clean freak), walking distance to the malecon and above all the customer service is GREAT.

Really impressed with the room interior. Modern and clean. No tv, but we didn't need one on the island. Good location in Esperanza, close to the main strip with restaurants/bars. Walking distance to beaches. Good value.
