Yes, the beach and water are beautiful but everything else is barely mentionable. No restaurants in the vicinity or at the hotel. Only one bar, at the pool, and it closed by 7pm, sometimes earlier. If you want a location that's "close to everything", pick another location. If you want a resort that has all the comforts of home, a private beach, and plenty of peace and quiet - this is the best choice.
