In a residential area of the Condado, Casa Castellana provides the perfect location to easily walk to the hussle of hotel/restaurant-filled touristy Ashford Avenue while being able to retreat to the quiet of Luchetti Street. The B&B's airy, shaded third floor terrace -- where delicious breakfasts are served each morning -- is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a... More

Our group reserved all four rooms in the B&B. Natalia and Nina were so lovely and attentive to our needs. They were extremely helpful as we planned our time in San Juan. They served delicious breakfasts on the third floor terrace. The B&B is very unique decorated in a beautifully restored 1910 residence. I will definitely stay here again on... More

This is not a property review; it's a communication review regarding the poor correspondence with the property owner. I initially e-mailed Natalia regarding four rooms for one night on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, which is the night before we depart for our cruise. She was quick to respond that she had the rooms available (via phone and e-mail). I told... More

I strongly recommend staying at Casa Castellana. I stayed for two nights during April 2012. You will not be disappointed. I also stayed at the Gallery Inn in Old San Juan. While the Gallery Inn is a nice place to stay, you will be more comfortable at Casa Castellana. More

My husband and I stayed here for about 4 nights and found a nice lady to greet us (busy w/ other tenants as she is mostly a 1 woman show). The location was really nice because we could walk to the main street of Condado and she would recommend specific places to go to for dining and offered to assist... More

We stayed at Casa Castellana in the Cordoba master suite four nights March 14th-18th 2012. The entire house was beautiful and welcoming and we especially loved our room with the giant sleigh bed which was very comfortable, little balcony, sitting room and fabulous bathroom. The Inn's location is perfect in the Condado section of San Juan walking distance from great... More

Casa Castellana is a small guesthouse in Condado. It is situated in walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and shops of Condado and is very easy to reach as it is situated near the turn from the highway. It is a short drive (not walkable) to old San Juan or the biggest shopping mall of Puerto Rico; Las Americas. Due... More

Saludos! Thank you for a wonderful review and staying with us. It was a pleasure having you as our guest. The Granada Room is our smallest room, but is also big enough that a queen bed fits comfortably, with ample space to walk around. It is a great quiet room that does not have a view, because it does not... More

My wife and I like staying at B&B's, especially in a place like PR where you need to connect with people in order to scratch the surface. I booked the most economical room (Granada), which after taxes came to be about $200/night. For this particular room, which is in good shape, the bathroom was across the hallway--not that convenient. The... More

Saludos! Our motto is that all guests should leave “Casa Castellana” with the feeling of hospitality and friendliness that Puerto Rico is known for. Therefore I feel I must respond to this guest’s comments. Our checkout policy is very flexible, and checkout can often be delayed. If, however, we have new guests arriving on the same day, for the same... More

My wife and I spent a great few days with Natalia and Dave one either side of a cruise out of San Juan. The facility was gorgeous, the room comfortable, and the hospitality exceptional. We were met at the airport and soon became fast friends with our warm and welcoming hosts. This was much more like coming home than staying... More

An excellent place to stay! Host Natalia made us feel at home - from picking us up at the airport to recommending things to do to experience the Puerto Rico she obviously loves. The inn is lovely and the Cordoba suite is amazing! Breakfasts were a wonderful combination of tropical fruits, Puerto Rican coffee, and omelets or Puerto Rican style... More
