Had a great time in San Juan. The hotel staff was VERY helpful and attentive. My son left something behind that could have easily been thrown away. When we discovered he had forgotten something, I called the hotel and they had in fact saved it. It was sent to me right away! We really appreciates this! more

The desk staff is amazingly helpful. They really made the place special. I didn't catch the name of the 40s-ish man who is there in the evenings, but he is really a great guy.
