The service at the hotel was awesome. They even upgraded us to the ocean view - for free (we originally had a bay view). They were very helpful at the lobby and answered all our questions. They have a nice little private beach area, plus two pools. No complaints about our stay. more

The hotel has everything you can think of, the staff was outstanding. The location was "perfect" it was just out side of old San Juan, the bus stop is right outside the hotel (75cents) and it drops you off right down town. Hotel staff very helpful. Was charged $50.00 a day for incidentals but will be put back on card at checkout. Only bad things were the beach, kinda small, and the nightlife stops at 11 ish.
