Our eagerly awaited six-day holiday in San Juan was nearly ruined by staying at the Conrad. Stayed 5 nights but even though we told them 5 times the air conditioning was not working they didn't fix it. We did get 2 free bottles of water each day and wonder if that was to make up for the room being warm. The first night the a/c made a loud thump every 20-30 minutes and scared the heck... More

We stayed at the hotel mainly because it was advertised that the hotel provided (and I quote) "A Beachfront Paradise Right at Your Doorstep".
