Like other reviewers have said - the location is unbeatable - being right across from a pretty beach. The traffic on the street can be annoying though - seems like it is a busy street to drive by through - more of a sigh-seeing route than an essential thoroughfare. We stayed in one of the 'ocean view' suites upstairs and... More

We (8 adults) stayed at the Tres Palmas in Jan. 2012, for 2 nights before our Cruise, and 1 night after. Everything was beautiful. the staff was extremely friendly, if you needed anything, they were right there to help. We went to Levis for dinner 2 of our 3 nights stay, which we would also recommend, great skirt steak, and... More

Great little inn with about 15 rooms located in three or four buildings. The property is right across from the beach so you can hear and see the waves. The owner comes to the property every day and will make sure that you have a good time no matter where you go in Puerto Rico. The property also has everything... More

I have been to Puerto Rico about 4 times and I stayed in pretty expensive hotels, however none of them gave me the price/value satisfaction as Tres Palmas did. The hotel is nicely located about 10 min walk away from good restaurants and it is right by the beach. It felt like I had my own private beach and there... More

It's very different staying at a small, intimate hotel rather than a huge, impersonal one. We were immediately on a first name basis when staying at Tres Palmas recently. The staff was always friendly and eager to book our excursions or make suggestions on where to eat. It's location on the island is very conveniently located to see either side... More

This little Bed and Breakfast was absolutely beautiful! Although we were only in Puerto Rico for 3 days to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday, it was extremely relaxing here. Our room was quaint and clean with all the amenities - mini fridge, dock for your iPod, a/c, fan. The staff treated us exceptionally well and upon arrival greeted us with... More

Renovated and many new features too numerous to list! Ideal location makes it a great value: central to all, easiest parking plus adjacent to beach. Exceptional service–simply couldn’t be better. Stay here and see for yourself! More

If you want a beautiful, quiet place to stay in San Juan, make sure you have a room at Tres Palmas Inn. Not only is the hotel a nice building, the staff does everything to make you feel at home. The location is magnificent: you cross the street and there is the ocean. After swimming there you can have a... More

As soon as we got out of the taxi from the airport, we knew we had found our little paradise in San Juan. The location of Tres Palmas can't be beat - a few steps away from a beautiful, quiet beach, and convenient to the airport and Old San Juan. The hotel is bright, colorful, and clean, with beautiful flowers... More

My grown daughter and I took a sentimental trip to revisit San Juan after 30 years in Texas. Retraced visits to El Yunque with a van tour, same for old San Juan, but drove rental car to El Conquistador hotel to see the cliff view of Fajardo. OUr .handheld GPS valuable. Tres Palmas staff was absolutely marvelous about making our... More
