The staff at RIU Palace Tropical Bay were sincerely nice and helpful. I lost my room key in the water and it was no problem to replace it immediately. Also, I locked myself out of my safe and again the manager was right on the spot to help. Food, cleanliness, entertainment all excellent with beautiful beach and bay. More
