Stayed here several times now and found it to be a real haven of tranquility with lovely staff and food and a real find in the madness of the negril beach accomidation. I would really recomend this for those who like to take care of themselves holistically or are vegeterian and enjoy daily yoga practice

Such a great vacation. We loved Negril, the people, the food, and the yoga centre was the perfect retreat. The daily yoga was a great way to start the day, followed by an amazing home cooked breakfast. Looking forward to the next trip

I attended one of the daily yoga classes which started at 9.30am. The cost was $15 since I was non resident. Fanette gave me the confidence to attempt poses I had not attempted before so I left feeling extra pleased with myself as well as relaxed.
