I enjoyed my stay, it was great. I only think some of the staff, specially those young girls at the reception desk should have more customers service skills. More

I've been going to the auberge since 1980. Its not a luxury hotel but very nice and confortable. The rooms are cleaned every day and the staff is very friendly. As for the food its super even if you have to wait a while after ordering. Theres electricity and hot water 24 hours. The safety is very adequate with securyty... More

The hotel is very clean with great maid service. The receptionists are excellent especially Mulaire and Ginette. However, the kitchen service is horrible because of lack of staff. I takes more than 2 hours to order breakfast or any kind of meal. There is no free or continental breakfast (it does not come with the $ 84 US/per night charge)... More

I stayed here with my fiance, before we went to a rural village for a mission. It was refreshing to be somewhere in Haiit with running water, a toitlet, and even a swimming pool. The food was good, the rooms were clean, and it was relaxing in the evening. Will stay again for sure. Next time will request one of... More

Keeping in mind it's Haiti, it was a great spot. Rooms were clean...staff for the most part helpful...and food was good. The downside is that you're... More

If you are a relief worker, once you get the hang of it, this place is heaven, secure, comfy, a good deal, and charming. If you mind waiting 2 hrs for dinner, don't like missionarys, or want USA style service dont go here. Yeah they could use some better hangers but compared to the tent i was in before, this... More

I was recently in Haiti on a needs assessment trip on May 2, 2010. I usually stay at Auberge when I visit Haiti. I have stayed there with family and friends. After the quake it was great to see that the hotel was working to its fullest capacity. The service was great as usual, the food was delicious, the rooms... More
