After living in and traveling through Haiti for 37 years I have enjoyed the good, the bad, and the ugly of most places here. I just spent the night in room 135 last night, the bed was so hard I had to go home and take a nap at one o'clock because I was so tired .

We only stayed one night at Kaliko but it was a welcome sight after a medical mission trip in Haiti. The Manager was wonderful and catered to our every need. I would highly recommend Kaliko to anyone wanting a great beach location and accommodating service.

If you go to Haiti, you must go to Kaliko. Beautiful beach with bar and lounge chairs. Great pool with shady and sunny areas. Food was outstanding: varied, fresh, and tasty. We had the buffet which was created outside by chefs. We went back for a second time. Support jobs in Haiti with your dollars and euros!

I was there three nights this month of January 2013. The front desk staff is courteous and the manager on duty is extremely friendly and quick to assist in every way possible and answer any questions. A very satisfying over-all experience.
