I stayed recently at tortuga bay. The airport transfer in first class, truly VIP , however the resort itself is not worth 1000k a night. The food quality is truly terrible. Exceptional service by the staff. Carla at the reception center was particularly helpful. Everyone made our stay so wonderful. Very peaceful time to visit - late April/early May. We look forward to our next visit.
