The hotel seems to be a mix of good and less-desirable. I was travelling with a group of 10 women. Some of us were not able to stay in the rooms/upgrades we reserved and paid for. First off this hotel is absolutely goregeous. Every room has a nice view! The view out our window was of the huge pool. Travelled from Manchester on 22 Oct this year with my husband, daughter and son iin law, this was to celebrate his 30th birthday. We had a good flight over and upgraded to premier class which was excellant with wide comfortable leather seats. Speedy exit through the airport and swiftly on to the hotel.
