One of the first things I noticed was that the restaurant manager (A short guy named Manuel Antonio) does not seem to have any experience as a manager for a hotel. I dont know where to start. Our first room was very dirty, the sink leaked and the bathroom was creepy. We requested a different room, they were nice enough to make the change immediately. Hotel complex is clean and spacious. Evening entertainment was the usual for all Inc hotels, shows and karaoke etc. The beach was sandy White- amazing! We stayed here in Nov. 2010. It was rated a 3 star, and if you are not expecting the world, it was fine. The buffet was where we ate the most, and the food was decent. We only went once to the Italian (a la carte) restaurant, and despite a bit of a wait for food, found it very good.... More
