Upon arrival, was told that we never booked the top floor King bed room..so they sent us to the end of the resort to a bottom floor room, 2 double beds, in the smoking area. We are very grateful we were able to escape the cold weather and get some R and R. We travelled with sunquest through west jet. The plane was 2 and a half hours late due to motor problems. We would have to mirror the previous report of this resort. It is not able to handle the 7,000 people. We went Jan 27th. We were the Canadians with our balconies decorated with Canadian Flags. I feel it takes about 3 or 4 days to know where your going at this resort. Do I like it...yes...good food...clean rooms....little things like only two beers in our fridge a day...ice buckets in room but no machines...but hey we can live with that.... More
