“Amazing hotel and service!”

Our butler was Jamil. I highly recommend asking for him. Service was amazing one of our favorites was Federico Vasquez. Santa was our babysitter and she was great! The food was awesome. “Disappointing service”

We visited this hotel 2 years ago and it was just converting to a Hard Rock. The service was spotty but we assumed it was because of the switch. “Family Wedding May 2013”

We had a very good service at the Hard Rock Resort Punta Cana. Every night after dinner, we spent family time at the coffee shop "MUST" and the service rep name Xiomara gave us an excellent service. She served us with her sweet smile and friendly talk. She should be a role model for all workers at the resort.
