it's ok. It was clean. No one bothered us. A small balcony with a good view, perfect for a romantic dinner of take out and wine. Small kitchenette with utensils. Good value and great location. A small bodega (grocery) is nearby.
They need to fix thier credit card machine which was out of service when Istayed there< but an ATM...

Very quiet , Nice service, perfect cleaning service , clean lenceries everyday, good service at front desk and house keeping. Good wireless connection to internet in the room. Hot water . nice kitchen.

It is a basic place; bed, bath, chairs, TV. It is OK for backpackers, but to anyone who wanted a nicer environment, perhaps this is not a choice.
I find the rooms are a bit run down, stuffy and no view from the windows (back to back building structures). Not a place for a family, but fine for not-so-bothered travellers....
