I stayed from July 1-July 6, 2005 and here are my comments: -During the 6 days that we stayed, my cleaning lady didn't clean the floor at all. I had breakfast dropped on the floor on the first day and it was there on the last day. -I got charged on the item from mini bar that I didn't consume.... more
My hubby, sis, bro-in-law, and I stayed for 2 nights 5/17-5/19. We thought staff was friendly. Amenities were all right, but nothing to right home about. Indifferent staff, furniture in room was old and broken. Actually, the whole place looks tired, worn and outdated; not much security and expensive for what it offers. There are much better alternatives. more
I experienced appalling service (or, perhaps more to the point, no service at all) at the so-called "Gran" Hotel Lina. Reception staff are surly and rude and are quite unwilling to assist in any requests made of them.
