“Great hotel with great service!”

I came to the DR for a business trip and I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. The front desk staffs are all wonderfully helpful. I ordered room service and Noel C. provided wonderful service. This will be where I'll stay for my future trips as well.

“good week end”

Spended the week end really loved it !!!! it was really nice and the staff is great. Really loved the malecon !!! Great food !!!!! Will go back soon with the family !!!!! One of the nicest place in Santo Domingo loved the pool bar with Luis !!!!!!!

“Great security and very friendly staff”

Great location, very good security and very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Room was spacious and very clean. Nicely appointed and good equipment, such as TV, coffeemaker, etc. business center is well equipped and comfortable. Did not like the $9 a day wifi charge, though.

“nice hotel”

I have stayed here a couple of times, a really nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On my last visit I left behind an expensive polo shirt which was quickly located and sent back to me here in the states. I love Santo Domingo and will stay again at this hotel.
