Take care with food, raw/pink chicken cooked on grill. Bugs/cockroaches on cupboard behind toaster. Old men entertaining their young ladies. Pool good, more shade would make it better. However overall one of the better Cuban hotels!!! Just be careful with food. Good lunch at Italian downstairs and at pool bar. Little way out of city centre Friendly bar/room staff.

“Excellent choice”

Stayed in for 4 nights and thorougjly enjoyed it. Bit on the edge of city but not a real problem. Rooms are spacious and breakfast quality is OK. Definitely recommended if you plan to be in Santiago, which by the way is so authentic, vivid with music and people
