I visit hotel for 17 nights in Sept.2009. There vere all what I need, bed, breakfast and helpful stuff in reception. Receptionists help me to find things I was looking for, with the minor problems I got (cellular for example) and they help me with the language problems. Exellent service and 24/7 help with my poor Spanish from the reception.... more

I stayed here with some friends and overall, I agree with the poor reviews of this hotel. The staff on reception were rude and looked annoyed if we asked them a question or needed some sort of service. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Malecon in Vedado. We had a room in the main building and the room was nice and clean. This hotel is well located but is dirty. Only stayed one night at the end of a three week trip to Cuba. Bathroom was filthy and there were hairs already in the shower. Stairwell was not lit and was a hazard as the lift did not work. Breakfast was terrible,. My advice DO NOT STAY HERE. more
