Manuel & family were very gracious hosts. They have 2 rooms to rent. One is small with a little bathroom but good view. We chose the larger room with larger bath (but no good view). The rooms were very clean & comfortable with a mini-fridge. Location is great - 1 block from several live music venues and across the street...

Picked this place out of Lonely Planet as we wanted to see what Verdado was like. The Casa is lovely and Manuel is very accomodating and flexible. He always tries to help and also just lets you do as you please. We went on a fishing trip and he was happy to cook up our catch for us.
