Lovely big room. Quite a good location. Lots of choice of food at breakfast. Lovely big swimmng pool. Close to Bar Sofia (excellent staff & fab live music) Not far from Hotel Nacional de Cuba (well worth a wander) Would stay here again if the price is right. We stayed three nights here on half board. Room was on 8th floow and the air conditioning did not work. We complained but nothing was done about it, so we had to have the windows open which meant that the noise levels from outside were pretty bad. Bathroom tatty and loo not easy to flush properly! smell in corridors awful.... more
